Do I need to register to be able to make a purchase in DesignerLuxury?
No, there is no need for you to register in order to make a purchase in our online boutique. We warmly welcome all customers. However, we encourage customers to register with us to enjoy greater members' benefits.
What is the DeLux Club Members Program and what are the benefits?
The Members Program allows DesignerLuxury to provide better value and services to you! Benefits include special offers such as price discounts or gifts with selected items as well as having first preference to limited stocks. Moreover, members are provided with their very own Wishlist to register items they desire to possess so that family and friends will be aware. In addition, it allows members to 'bookmark'products as a way of storing items of interest for future reference.
Where does the merchandise come from?
In most cases, DesignerLuxury purchase directly from the respective country of origin of our products, which are mainly from Europe. Our merchandise is purchased from reputable resellers and authorized vendors and, for products with warranties, come with their original warranties to guarantee the product's authenticity. In this regard, DesignerLuxury expressly disclaims any indication that it is an authorized dealer or agent of any of the designers or brands whose goods are offered on this site.
How does the ordering process work?
To purchase any item, simply browse through DesignerLuxury for anything
you fancy and click on it or alternatively, you could search for the
item by brand name, product category, price range, keyword or by searching
the entire site. There are detailed pictures for your viewing as well
as product descriptions that provide you with detailed information
of the merchandise for you to make your purchasing decision. Once
you have selected the item/s you wish to purchase, simply click on
'Add to Shopping Bag' and continue shopping until you are ready to
purchase, or proceed to the checkout page to confirm your purchase/s
and to submit your details necessary to facilitate the sale and delivery
of your purchase/s. Once the sale has been approved in our secure
transaction environment, you can continue browsing our web site for
more items of interest. You will receive a confirmation email shortly
after your order has been submitted, which would include your order
number and details. Thereafter, for items in stock, your order will
be processed and shipped within 2 business days.
How long will it take to receive my purchase(s)?
Depending on the shipping address, items will reach customers between
1 to 2 weeks for international orders and within 3 workig days for
local (within Signapore) addresses. We strive to ensure all purchases
arrive speedily and in good condition. However, if the item purchased
is currently not in stock, you will be informed of the expected delivery
date before your order is processed. You will then have the option
to decide if you would like to wait for delivery within the stipulated
time.
What are the payment options available?
DesignerLuxury provides customers with three payment options: credit card Visa and MasterCard,
Money Order or Wire Transfer.
Is it safe to use my credit card on Designerluxury?
Yes, it is absolutely safe to make purchases with your credit card on our web site. This is because DesignerLuxury employs the latest version of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology providing an encrypted channel and server authentication, so that all information is transmitted through a secure server connection.This means there is no risk when you shop with us.

No. DesignerLuxury does not share, sell, rent or lease any personal and confidential data obtained through our website to other companies, nor will we sell or otherwise share any of your personal information with any third party without your permission or as may be required by law. We take every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via our website, the information is protected both online and off-line.
What if I wish to purchase a particular model not found in DesignerLuxury?
We are continually expanding our assortment to offer you a wide variety
of brands and products. However, as each brand sometimes produces
several different versions of the the same model and produces hundreds
of models for different markets internationally, it is simply not
possible for us to obtain them all. We recommend that customers subscribe
to our Newsletters to keep informed of our New Arrivals and re-stocked
models!
Is there a return policy?
Yes! There will be the rare circumstance or occasion whereby you may want or need to return an item to us, so Designerluxury has a 30-day money back guarantee return policy if the purchased item is returned unused, in original condition and packaging as received, within the 30 day period. All we ask is that you inform us within 1 week of receipt of the merchandise, if you would like to return it. Simply go to our Customer Care Section from our home page, click on Returns, fill in our Merchandise Return Authorization Form and submit your request. Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from us with your Merchandise Return Authorization Number confirming your request as well as instructions to return the item to us.
