If for some reason you would like to return your purchase within
one week of receivng it, simply go to our Customer Care Section
from our home page, click on Returns, fill in our Merchandise
Return Authorization Form and submit your request. Within 48
hours, you will receive an email from us confirming your request
as well as instructions to return the item to us.
In the unlikely event that we processed your order incorrectly or
shipped you the wrong item, we will gladly arrange to have our courier
service company pick up the item from you at our cost. We recommend
that you return your goods via a service that can provide you with
a tracking number and insurance (insured for the actual purchase
price), such as UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL or any other carrier you may choose.
If you are returning the merchandise by mail, please insure it.
Please note that we effect refunds immediately and that refunds
back to credit cards for credit card orders can take between 2 to
3 weeks as this is the time required by our card processing bank
to credit an amount back to a customer's card.
